| Mark & Julie Trammel have been married for 25 years and have three great children; Matt(20), Josh(19), and Faith(14).They have been involved in ministry together for all 25 years of their marriage serving in revivals, concerts, conferences and in the local church. Mark & Julie have recently served as Worship Leaders for 8 years and Student Pastor for 2 years at New Beginnings Church in Longview, Texas. |
About 6 years ago my wife Julie & I took a trip to Las Vegas to visit a church planter friend of ours, Vance Pitman. While visiting with Vance and his family and seeing the ministry there Julie and I really began to feel that this was the next chapter of our lives and what God was calling us to do in the second half of our lives. After coming back home God began to open doors and friendships that confirmed that calling.
After much prayer God began to place a burden on our hearts that Tyler, Texas was the place that we were to plant a church. We are excited to minister in this thriving community and build meaningful relationships with people who are hurting and broken in our community. We desire to be a church that lives out the scripture in Romans:
Romans 12
“Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.”
