The Vision of Grace Point Church

PEOPLE Focused:

• Relationship Building – “doing life” with one another.
• Relevant to real life during worship times and small groups.
• Not a historical or event focused church.

CREATIVE WORSHIP SERVICES:

• Focused on being:  Creative, Comfortable, and Credible.
• Interactive and experiential in nature

COMMUNITY GROUPS/SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS:

• Groups that meet in homes and around the community.
• For all Adults and Teenagers
• Formed to offer relational connections and spiritual challenges.

RELATIONAL AND CREATIVE FAMILY MINISTRIES:

• Weekly Children’s worship and Student Gatherings
• Preschool Ministry and Parent mentoring

RELATIONAL LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE:

• Equipping our partners to mature into growing believers to leadership
• All believers are designed by God to fulfill a purpose, discover and deliver

PASTORAL STAFF/TEAM MINISTRY ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

• God given directives through Pastoral visionary leadership
• Management Team for Leadership for all major decisions (Personnel, Finance, Location)
• Ministry Teams (i.e. Children, Hospitality, Welcome and Care and Concern teams, etc.)

FAMILY FRIENDLY SCHEDULE:

• No regular Sunday night or Wednesday night services.
• Discipleship, fellowship and ministry accomplished through the Community Groups schedule.
• Freedom to be involved in relationships outside church.
